Control Associates is seeking an accomplished Senior Account Manager to lead our Commercial HVAC sales growth across the New York tri-state area. Our Commercial HVAC division is experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking for a proven sales leader to capitalize on this momentum.

Your Role and Impact:

As our Senior Account Manager for Commercial HVAC, you'll own strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth through consultative selling. With the support of an experienced inside sales team, you'll have the resources to focus on what you do best - building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. This role offers the autonomy of entrepreneurial selling with the backing of an established industry leader.

What You'll Accomplish:

• Own and expand customer relationships across the NYC tri-state commercial HVAC market

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that grow our portfolio within named accounts

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders

• Create winning pursuit strategies for complex opportunities

• Leverage consultative selling to deliver solutions that solve real customer challenges

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools

• Conduct regular onsite client visits throughout the tri-state area

• Network proactively to identify new opportunities and expand market presence

• Drive company, team, and individual sales goals

What You'll Bring:

Essential Experience:

• 5+ years of proven sales success in a competitive environment

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC or industrial sales (required)

• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and goals

• Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence decision makers

• Experience working in team environments while driving individual results

Education & Skills:

• BS/BA degree in a technical discipline (Engineering concentration preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel

• CRM experience required (ERP experience highly preferred)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
